Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AgentNotes — the website, the waitlist, and the desktop application — provided by Supersonic Software, Inc. ("Supersonic", "we", "us"). By joining the waitlist or using AgentNotes, you agree to them.

1. The service

AgentNotes is a notes application for macOS that remembers activity on your computer and can run AI agents that act on your behalf in your apps. The product is in early access: features may change, break, or be removed as we build.

2. Waitlist

Joining the waitlist gives us permission to email you about AgentNotes (confirmation, your invite, occasional updates). It does not guarantee access, pricing, or a launch date. You can leave the waitlist anytime via the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.

3. Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your devices secure. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use AgentNotes.

4. Agents act on your instructions

AgentNotes agents can take real actions — send messages, fill forms, operate apps — based on what you ask. You are responsible for the instructions you give and for reviewing actions that require your approval. Don't use agents to break the law, to spam, or to access systems you don't have permission to use.

5. Acceptable use

• No illegal use, abuse, or harassment of others.
• No attempts to break, overload, or reverse the service's security.
• No reselling or white-labeling the service without our agreement.
• No use of the AI proxy outside the app's intended functionality.

6. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and keep access until the end of the billing period. Prices shown before launch may change before general availability; we'll honor whatever price you actually subscribed at for as long as you stay subscribed.

7. Your content

Your notes are yours. We claim no ownership over anything you write or anything AgentNotes captures on your device. You grant us only the narrow license needed to operate the service (e.g., storing synced notes and processing AI requests you initiate).

8. Disclaimers

AgentNotes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI outputs can be wrong; agent actions can have unintended effects. Review what matters before it ships. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You can stop using AgentNotes and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material we'll email account holders before it takes effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
